Full-service design is intended to clients who have larger budgets ($100k+) and are looking to hire Modern Slant to design and execute their job from start to finish. Full service design is best suited for furnishing and/or construction projects where the Modern Slant team is managing all aspects of the design process for the majority or totality of a home. Modern Slant will provide design and project management services through all phases of the project, from initial designs, ordering, and final install.

Our team will be in touch within 1-2 business days to request more information if needed and to confirm your appointment. If we are a good match for your project, we’ll provide a link for you to schedule an in-person consultation.

We charge $350 for consultations, which is the two-hour equivalent of our full-service design fee. A custom design fee proposal will be shared with you after the consultation meeting.  

Following the initial consultation meeting, we'll send you a proposal that will outline the scope of the project and our projected design fee in order to execute what's needed. Design fees are billed to the client at the onset of the project and are estimated based on the number of rooms and level of detail required to design and oversee the completion of the project.

No two projects are alike; therefore, completion times vary depending on the scope of work & type of project. The average design process takes 4-6 weeks to complete before moving into materials selection and installation/renovation. Install and construction timing varies by project type, contractor’s schedule, and material availability.
