FAQ's

Clear expectations create better results. Here, we’ve gathered the questions we hear most—from our process and timelines to how we work with clients near and far.

What does full service interior design mean?

Full service design means we manage every step of your project—from concept and floor plans to sourcing, purchasing, and installation. We handle the details, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly so you can enjoy a home that feels effortless.

How many options do I get to choose from?

We present one concept for each room, designed in its entirety so that you are able to see the full, cohesive picture. We do offer a round of revisions and we'd be happy to source additional options for furnishings at our hourly rate if that's of interest.

Do you work with clients outside the Bay Area?

Yes. We work with clients throughout California and beyond. For non-local projects, we combine virtual meetings with scheduled site visits. We also create a travel plan upfront so you’ll know exactly how often we’ll be on-site.

How many projects do you take on at once?

We keep our client load intentionally limited. This ensures we remain fully engaged with every project and can deliver the attentive, detail-driven service our clients expect.

How long does a project usually take?

It depends on the scope, but a single room can be completed in weeks while full-home projects may take months. Either way, you’ll have a clear timeline and smoother process than trying to manage it alone.

What if I don't know my style?

That’s completely normal. Part of our job is helping you uncover what feels right by showing you options and noticing what you respond to. Together, we’ll define a look that reflects you without the overwhelm.
