Discovery Call

Every project begins with a complimentary 15–20 minute discovery call. We’ll discuss your vision, style preferences, budget range, and project goals to determine if our services are the right fit for you. This step ensures we’re aligned before moving forward.

Consultation

Following the discovery call, we’ll schedule an in-person consultation. During this meeting, we walk you through our full design process and review your project in detail—covering aesthetics, function, investment level, and timeline.

Proposal + Contract

After the consultation, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining your design fee estimate, project scope, and anticipated timeline. Once approved and signed, your project start date is reserved on our calendar.

Design Development

This is where your ideas take shape. We create a detailed design plan with layouts, furniture and finish selections, color palettes, and an investment summary so you can clearly see how your space will come together.

Presentation

You’ll experience your design in full: layouts, mood boards, elevations, and tangible samples like fabrics, flooring, and finishes. This is the perfect opportunity to give feedback and request revisions so every detail reflects your style.

Ordering + Receiving

Once the design is approved, we handle procurement—from furnishings to fixtures—sourcing directly from our trusted vendors. We coordinate with your contractors on any trade work (painting, wallpaper, window treatments, lighting, etc.) so your space is ready for installation.

Installation

Install day is when your design comes to life. We manage deliveries, style each space, and ensure every detail is perfect. After a final walk-through, we provide an exit packet for your records and schedule photography to capture your completed project.
